In reference to our experience with Coolman Builders of Valparaiso, Indiana as a purchase of one of their homes in the Pepper Ridge Subdivision. My wife and I were looking for a new home close to our son’s house in Valparaiso, Indiana. My wife and I took a walk through one of the models in 2022 around April. To say we were impressed with the features, quality and professional workmanship would be an understatement!
The staff at Coolman were as professional as the products they were selling. Carol Crowe, sales rep, was very accommodating in the details of our choices of flooring, cabinets, countertops and other accessories in the purchase of our house that was built by Coolman Builders. We highly recommend other potential buyers to contrast and compare Coolman’s product to others in the industry. Coolman Builders are experienced, flexible and make the home buying experience a real pleasure.
