OUR PROCESS

We focus on making your new home an enjoyable experience. We work with our clients to put together selections ad options that make their home unique beginning with beautiful finishes and high quality construction standards. The home is first created on paper with custom finishes and they are priced with the choices selected. We communicate, with transparency in all our timelines and pricing.

Step 1. Decide on the community, lot, plan and make any customs changes and personal selections.

Step 2. Certify the plans including, plot plan, elevation, floorplan, electrical plan, selections and price.

Step 3. A mechanical walk thru once the home is framed checking circuits and locations of electrical plan.

Step 4. The buyer’s orientation allows our client(s) to go through the completed home with the builder. Any touchups will be noted and we demonstrate the items that the homeowner will need to operate and maintain. The 2-year service with Coolman Builders is reviewed and a complete binder is provided with all the booklets, serial/model numbers and community information a new buyer would need.
