After looking for several months to purchase a homewe walked into a Coolman Community model home, very stylish & fell in love with it immediateoly. Everything was already chosen so I didn’t need to do anythingbuy pay and move in. We love our new home& the neighborhood as well as our neighbors. We have a huge closet, electric foreplace that heats the room in the winter, controlled with fans. Awesome kitchen with a huge island & beautiful countertop. Having a dog we needed to have a fenced in yard& Pepper Ridge allows that. Eric Veldman, Owner/President, hasbeen quick to fix a couple of minor issues ewe had. We couldn’t ask for a better place to live.
