  • "I have built and purchased several homes in my lifetime and could not be more pleased than I have been with my Coolman home. I was able to customize my home to make it the perfect house for me. The Coolman staff was very professional and responsive to all of my needs. Two situations come to my mind in working with the Coolman staff. First, my lender poorly handled the closing, and we were not able to close on the chosen date. With the movers preparing to move me in immediately, this created a very serious problem for me. Mrs. Carol Carden worked with me and my lender to make sure this did not disrupt the moving process, even though the fault belonged to my lender. Secondly, our patio was poured incorrectly. Eric, the builder, asked how I wanted to proceed. I said I want to be a good client and asked what my options were. He said he wanted to be a good builder and that the patio would be removed and reconstructed as I had requested it to be.
